[image]Jason S. Price earned a B.A. in biology and anthropology from UC Santa Barbara, and a Ph.D. in evolutionary ecology and an M.L.S. from Indiana University. Graduate student teaching and research experiences convinced him of the vital role of library education and services in academia. Jason sees science librarianship as an opportunity to use his passion for teaching critical thinking and background in the life sciences to further develop the role of the library in learning, teaching, and research. In addition to developing and teaching two literature-based courses in biology, he has extensive experience with Endnote, and has spent much of the past year developing library electronic resource instruction programs for undergraduates and researchers in the life sciences. For more on his teaching and research, please see http://sunflower.bio.indiana.edu/~jprice .
