The electronic reference service is intended to answer the types of questions that you would ask at a reference desk in person or on the phone, such as:

• Strategies for finding information on a particular research topic;
• Information about bibliographies, indexes, online databases, and other research tools;
• Using bibliographical tools;
• Questions about library holdings or services not answered within this website or Blais.

  We reserve the right to limit the kinds of questions handled electronically. If you have additional questions, please visit or call the Honnold/Mudd Reference Desk (909/6-7-3959) or make an appointment with a Government Documents librarian.
