Students, faculty and staff of The Claremont Colleges may submit questions any time, day or night. You can usually expect an answer within 24 hours. Send an email reference question.

Make an appointment.
If you would like to meet individually with a librarian, make an appointment with the Subject Specialist for your particular subject. E-mail addresses and campus phone numbers for each subject specialist are provided.

In-Person Reference.
Each of the Libraries has a Reference Desk, which is staffed during scheduled hours. Reference librarians can help you find and use the resources you need for your research.

During the hours that the Reference Desk is open, a librarian will be available to assist you on the telephone as well as in person.
